Hi all - I am looking to move into the world of brand strategy consulting (KPMG has customer consulting division but brand and marketing aren't that strong. Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? Well here is a new issue I am troubleshooting today. We have an ADA reasonable accommodation request for gluten free cookies at the reception after the holiday talent show for an employee with celiac disease. I think we might be required to grant this request. Employee has the same right to access the benefits of employment with us as everyone else - here that benefit would be baked goods at the reception. I suppose celiac impairs a major life function - eating, and is a disability. Thoughts?

I have a senior who feels the need to break down every little thing they’re working on, repeating over and over the actions they are going to take after I ask them to do something. I get that he’s likely being overly prepared and wants to make sure I recognize he understands the asks, but I feel like it’s excessive. I’m not a micromanager and don’t need this level of detail. Hi all, on 11th dec i gave my Amdocs technical interview which i cleared, next day had my MR round, i got a call from HR 3 days before for documents and she asked my notice period and showed disinterest after hearing 90days.
I have submitted my documents
Now since 3 days i am waiting for a reply. But hr is not responding tried calling and mailed her.
