I am in the last stages of an interview process and I really fucked up a 15-min talk with some on the team. I’ve already spoken with two collegues and it went very well, but this one I totally blew because I stuttered, was super nervous and could not answer the questions properly. Considering that I’m probably not a favourite for this one guy, what do you think my chances are for landing the job? Can I do something to “save” the situation?

Moved to a city where I have no friends (for a job). Tomorrow is my birthday and I have no friends to celebrate with and feeling a bit sad. I just read a book called The Midnight Library. Fiction, about a woman who kills herself and finds an in-between state where she gets to explore the infinite other paths her life *might* have taken based on all the choices she made during her life (to end her promising swimming career, to quit her high school band, to dump her boyfriend). She had to choose in the in-between place if she wanted any of those other lives instead of her “root” life, and she could choose to survive.

I have 6.10 YOE. I have been working with TCS for the last 2 months as an ITA. The problem is, I have been assigned into the internal project where I'm not interested to work into it. I was not informed when I asked HR during onboarding time. She said that will be disclosed when I joined the organization. As I have recently joined this organization, I really don't want to move out of this organization but wanted to move out of internal project. Please suggest me a suitable option.

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?
