I have been working hard for a project since 8-9 months really hard giving KT to team preparing docs for documentation debugging testing things out did automation being a manual tester
Since i was divided into 2 projects another colleague who was also in the project was made the TEST lead
We were both doing equal but obviously a lead gets more limelight due to that my manager has awarded her with 25k as a reward
While i got only verbal recognition Now i am quite mad not sure what to do

I am getting 20 lpa fixed and around 20 % variable and designation of senior consultant at pwc
Total yoe 7.5 , current ctc 13 fixed
Los:- payment strategy

My question is , I am already having senior manager offer from hdfc bank Am I payed fairly?
Is the designation as senior consultant ok as per my yoe?

In had interviewed at PWC India and haven't heard back from them yet for the offer. Can I interview at PWC AC ? Do I need to inform them of my interview at pwc india?
