Just had a compensation discussion with my manager. I work at a big fortune 50 company. I met expectations and got back my compensation review receiving a 3% merit increase.

My boss knows I’m disappointed, and I asked to setup a follow up convo. We talked about inflation being 7.5% and I’m losing purchase power.

Other details:
Started last Jan 2021
Switching to a new role in a few weeks (manager said to talk to my new manager, LOL)
But we only have compensation adjustments once per year

ETL developer, skills : Python, RDBMS, SQL, Power BI, SSIS, SSMS, SSRS, Informatica data quality, alteryx, ADF, Azure synapse, Azure services.
Planning to switch role to Data Analyst / BI Analyst.
Current CTC: 14LPA. EOE 6yrs

I started a new job about 6 months ago and when I was interviewing I was told the role is fully remote, other than occasional team meetings and client travel. We just got an email that we’re expected to come into the office twice a week on weeks we’re not traveling for client work. Are other firms doing this? In need of some advice. I’m a 1st year at a small firm (5 people, I’m 1 of 2 attorneys) representing lenders. There’s been no training of any sort - all on the fly. There’s a few issues: a demanding & condescending partner, a two-faced paralegal that constantly points out even minor mistakes directly to said partner, below-market salary, and a 1.5 hour commute each way. Should I leave? I love RE law, but do I need to get more experience before making a switch? Any guidance would be helpful.

Can anyone help me with Infosys payslip.
I joined Infosys with a CTC of 24lpa (15% variable)
Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.

I have got offer from Infy of 32 lk ith 20%variable and 1 lakh joining bonus. Is 20% high in infy? I found it very high because infy never gives 100% variable
