Hi Fishes, I need help with this scenario. I have notice period of 90 days, the money you say 90 days, HR won't agree to move forward, so I told I will get release in 60 days. Now HR is saying they need a written mail with last working day mentioned for after 60 days and then only they will generate the offer letter.

I’m starting to look for some new jobs and there is a firm I’d really like to get into. There are four jobs that I might be eligible for but they are across three different practice groups. Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?

So my daughter is starting at Deloitte in two weeks and as a in house recruiter all I have to say is their onboarding is AWFUL. I would expect more from this organization. She is so confused about where she is suppose to be her first week. Emails from corporate tell her she needs to be in Chicago but then local emails tell her there is a new hire event happening in her local office. Deloitte do better. lol. You need to assign some kind of onboarding person to the new hire cohorts.
