My wife has received an offer for the position of ESG reporting specialist .

Package : 12 LPA
YOE : 4 Years

She is currently working with EY and is due for a raise with current package of 7 LPA. However , her concern is that in EY she gets to work with different clients and create reports for them which offers a lot of challenges and she enjoys those which might be missing in UBS

Any suggestions on whether she should join ?

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. My current consulting role is not - so this would be new.

Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. I've been applying relentlessly to other positions within and outside of my company. Hey all, 3rd party recruiter reached out to me about a job. We had interview which I think went well. I did not give my salary expectations, but the recruiter provided the hiring budget.

After sending resume, I am now being asked my current income. Seems expectation is ~20-25% comp increase when you change companies. Effectively it would be a promotion, but the budget would be significantly more than 25%.

Do I inflate my current comp? My wife said she had to find a paystub for her job.
