I need some advice. I joined TCS as a lateral recruitment with 3.5 YOE. For the last 4 months I've been allocated to an account without any work. (i have won/swon) I have had 4,5 client interviews, one went below average others went pretty good or at least decent.
Is there anything extra i should do from my end apart from brushing up my knowledge?
In this WFH, not sure whom to approach about these as my supervisor also keeps changing within the same account. Kindly suggest. TIA

I have a few friends of friends there, also in leadership positions, and I'm wondering when the smartest time to ask them to advocate for me might be? Now? Wait til I advance further? Coming from a world where hiring processes are informal and the single most-important thing is who you know at a company, I'm a little unfamiliar w/ the tech world interview process.

My colleague, who was associated with Willis Towers Watson as a Insurance Process Executive (Non IT), recently gave interview for Accenture as a BA and cleared the interview.
She has no prior experience in IT but has strong process knowledge regarding UK and Australia General Insurance and excellent communication skills.

Would she be able to handle the role of a BA is her Q.
I have been training her on what BA does and how documents are created and she is a quick learner.
