I quit my job at Infy 3 months back.With 3 months of notice period,I was confident of getting an offer in this time period.But the thing was I had so much of mental collapse due to personal problems.Could not overcome the stress and depression due to that.My last working day was on Jan 3rd.Now a gap of more than a month is there.Will it become a problem when I start searching my next job.I am gonna start preparing for interviews from now on.But very much afraid if this gap will become a problem

The downside of living in a "redder" area of the country now is people tend to see the sparkly unicorn (me) when conducting job interviews and not look at my qualifications. But today I think I made some progress with an interview at a small CPA firm for a non-CPA role. Might not be a perfect fit but I got good vibes from the lead office Partner there. During interviews, what do you look for - technical knowledge, a cultural fit, enthusiasm?

How do you deal with a colleague (not same position but works synergistically with your role) making a huge error and then blaming everything on you saying you told them to do what they did. There is no proof I told them that (I didn’t anyways) and our exec believes me, but the colleague is now talking to our associates about the incident trying to turn them on me. They’re also 40 years my senior (in age not role as mentioned before we work together).

Thoughts from any insiders at havas? Is there appetite for good work, how has the agency adjusted to COVID, are there any new openings on accounts?

Trying to help my sister secure her J1 job in San Diego this summer from Ireland. She’s a final year international business student, majoring in HR and is fluent in both English and French. Currently working as a part time supervisor in a start-up Athleisure brand & completed an internship with an Assest Management company in Lux last summer in the HR department.

January, I got a promotion to store manager of a Metro by T-Mobile. The job however came with a mandatory 60hrs/6 day work week. And salary at $1,000 a week. There are no benefits, PTO, or even holiday pay. I get a commission on my sales with how things are now a days, it's like an extra $400 a month. I'm not really happy, and am having doubts about staying here. Is this a good salary? At $16.6/hr i feel as it's not.

What i have seen on matrimonial app is that there is a concept called greed. Generally how these sites work people send interest, they talk, find something in common and get married.But how it is happening? I have got interest from so so boy with so so package. I know I can do it better and ignore the interest, search continues instead of finding common nature or belief. Similarly boys are like I have got interest from so so girl now I know my market value let's see how much more I can fetch.
