Can anyone refer me to @shell for BA profile
I interviewed for the position of Associate Human Capital Advisory role at KPMG. I cleared my first round but for the second round tgey gave me 2 case studies and one excel assessment to be completed in 2.5 hours. I think I messed up the case studies and just wrote the approach and recommendations but didn't include any other preferable portions. Is there a minimum cutoff for these assessments?

No no no no multiply it by 100. Don't worry tell them you could not join due to health issues and family problems. They will not even ask you because it is your personal life and everyone respects that. Just prepare nicely and nail the interview. Don't worry and All the best!๐๐๐
Cool...Got it๐
Gap is not an issue. As you are an immediate joiner so i would suggest not to accept the first offer you get, give them 7 or 10days time and trust me in those 7 or 10 days you can get multiple offers then you can make your final decision.
LinkedIn is the fastest way to get interview calls. Update your profile with immidiate joiner and try to apply atleast 10-15 jobs perday.
Do not worry, just prepare well and appear for interviews. You are an immediate joiner so you will definitely get offers. A friend of mine took 6 months off to care for family. He got offers when he decided to join back.
Oh okay....Thanks for the clarification!
Hey, it won't be a problem, just need to manage it well, don't get intimidated with offers on the bowls first.
Secondly, update and regularly apply on Naukri.com, do a certification to add a month duration. Sometimes cracking job is not easy, go on some for Online certification by implying your abilities for your tech stack.
Lastly, no one wants to hire a employee who is not doing anything, so just change the narrative.
All the best,
Thanks for the motivation!!
If you donโt have job yet. Ping me
Hi,
I am looking for Job change. it would be kind of you to refer me for any job openings
I myself had a mental breakdown and took a break for about 6 months.
Travelled across Europe, just relaxed for about 3 months.
Later I got about 100% hike and a big name on the company.
So don't worry about offers or job. Take your time everything can be justified.
One month gap won't cause any issue.
Highlight in Naukri and LinkedIn that you are available for immediate joining.
Thanks mate!!
I have seen people taking gaps of decades, Seen people leaving up their jobs for no reason and without a backup plan and still they got the job and doing great. So don't take stress about the same and enjoy the process.
Even i did the same brother ..i quit Deloitte and applied to jobs after sitting 2 months idle. Don't worry there are plenty of immediate joining offers ..But careful this gap should not go longer so be technically sound and strong .... All the best Bro
Apply from LinkedIn. Reach out to people for referrals. Prepare yourself for interviews.
No this Gap will certainly not be a problem. You can always mention you took a break. Gap less than 1 year is usually not a problem.

Be prepare to answer honestly to interviewer when they ask for gaps. State your reason genuinely. remember this question will be asked everytime so be prepared. Also try to utilise your gaps in learning new skills related to your job. If you are into Cyber Security.space i can refer you.
DM me, if you need referral.
No Gap is not an issue.
I use to take more than 2-3 months gap before joining new organization everytime.
So do well and don't worry about gaps.
Note: No one ask reason behind those gaps, if they, simply tell you took some rest from corporate to spent time with family and relatives.
If you need refferal in Siemens, please let me know
Best way to crack an interview is to read as many as interview questions...
You will not be having any problem. You are an immediate joiner. Just start giving, you will soon get multiple offers.
Stay Strong.
All The Best
Don't worry about just 2 or 3 month gap.
Thank you!!
Don't wry about gap, many HR don't ask about it. If they ask you, let him know personal reasons.
