I just got an offer for Accenture’s consulting development program and am wondering if I should negotiate my initial offer as a new grad with little consulting experience. I got another offer for EY business transformation but it pays less.
How do I ask ACN for more money and should I mention my other offers?
Any advice is appreciated!
You can always go back to govt if you want.

I always say never say no to an opportunity.
Additional context: I have 4.5 YOE. And I’m in a spot where I report to a C suite exec who is pretty supportive in my lane of work, but there’s another person who is super annoying on the floor and bugs into a lot of my work.
I also currently do not pay any medical/dental/vision since that’s all covered under my public govt insurance, so additional expenses would be incurred if I moved jobs.
