Hi all,On Monday I cleared my second round of technical interview with client, then on that day itself recruiter sent me message on indeed chat that client has informed to hire me & recruiter asked did I have salary discussion with them? & recruiter asked me if I can reduce my notice period from 90 to 60. I just wanted to know how much can TCS pay a 9 yrs experienced guy? Product Manager role. I've another offer at 38lpa +2 bonus. Will TCS be able to match?

What was your experience while job switch? I understand when you got your first offer letter that was definitely happy moment but after that? While serving notice period? Was there any anxiety? Tension?

I got offer letter from company but in the offer letter the joining date is mentioned 2 months before my LWD.
I checked with the HR (new company) regarding the joining date, he said to try to get early release but it won't be possible as my current manager will not release me early.
How should I handle this situation?

I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.

2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?
