I recently got an offer to join in 45 days (The offer i love to join) but they said after 45 days if i dont join , offer will be void

But in my current company i am serving notice period of 90 days ( in which they agreed to pay me as im medically unable to work for all 90 Days )

How to convince or what should be done to join the offered company on time ?

Please give me suggestions,. I'm feeling very frightened

I had an initial call with a recruiter and got turned down about 6-7 months ago. I was having a really bad day (just found out a relative had passed, more than normal work stress, ect) and just really had a tough time gathering my thoughts. I honestly should have rescheduled the call but I just didn’t really want to have to push it out and coordinate schedules again. Any chance I can get a second look? I have 11 yoe and getting an offer from HP Enterprise in Bangalore with 30 LPA Fixed and Offer Letter mentions variable. Work is in Go, Scala and Apache Spark. While Synechron offers me 33 LPA but no bonus in Hyderabad, work is in Java, Spring boot and MongoDB. I am confused between these two.

My current location is Hyderabad. I worked in PBC for 7 years.

So, basically my choice is between location (convenience) and Money vs Brand and Better Work.
