My designation is senior consultant grade 3. Others in my team are below my grade. I dont know where I can find the feedback providers. Please help

The company I am interning with uses this way to keep track of projects: always answers to the same email thread (I find it confusing). Today I initiated another email conversation because I was confused by the super long email thread with a client. When asked why I did this I told my manager I was confused and she answered me this: we have always done this way, it’s not that I like it but maybe you can tell me what is better from your many years of experience. Was she arrogant or it’s just me?

Currently a program manager but not sure if I want to stay as one long term. Curious what other common paths people go into after project management?

I know as attorneys of color, we often find ourselves being in a room with dozens of attorneys and still were the only attorney of color (I’m a brown woman, very often the only brown person AND only woman in the room). Initially I applied for senior associate and after interview, PWC offered manager level with 125k base but based on my research the title and the location it should be somewhere between 140k to 160k.

1. I have posted X(<10L) as expected CTC in the form before Final tech round. I finished final round. So,HR will call and ask me what is your expectations. Can I change my expectations to >10L, because I feel I deserve more,and company is paying that for others as well.

2. What reason can I give to HR for the above problem, IF she asks why?

i have been interviewed in EY GDS, post that i didnt got call from HR, they just have sent me multiple mails to upload profile in their system and asked me to send some documents like adhar, signed form etc.
Its been two weeks now havent heard back anything from HR, written multiple mails but no response.
I was employee referal n he was saying my current status is BG in progress but i dnt get any call from HR to confirm my selection
i completely dnt understand whats going on, is this normal??
