I have an offer letter from Barclays which cannot be downloaded from their portal (only fixed CTC mentioned in offer)also as per hr discussion she said I will get a 20 per cent bonus every year in March but it is not mentioned in the offer letter. How am I able to trust them with this?

Does anyone have resources or direct suggestions for bonus goals/metrics for the legal department? I crafted a mix of goals related to contract turn-around time being under a standard time, being within approved budget, and some other measurable spend related goals and was told by executive team the goals need to be more “quantifiable” (which is a stupid criticism since these are all quantifiable/objectively measurable). I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. We will be discussing offer details soon, and I am looking for some info on what the comp/CTC + signing bonus numbers look like in seasoned start-up turned-MSMEs like Ather Energy for a Program Manager role. I have 1.5 years exp and UK MSC and my market research + Ather info say that 17-18 LPA would be the right bracket to settle in. I'd however be happy to negotiate for more.
