Hi, I been working for Lloyds Bank for almost 9 years now , I recently attended a interview for Barclays and offered an Senior Business Analyst AVP role in Wealth and private banking area. I did not see much difference in the salary offered and it is pretty much same ie 68.5k.But the difference is current role is London based, however the Barclays one is based in Glasgow where cost of living is less in comparison. I am unable to decide whether to take the offer or not..any suggestions will be helpful pls.
I have worked as customer service advisor in TCS for over 3 years. My last ctc in TCS was 240000rs pa but in BT the HR has sent me an offer letter of 250000 cts. The HR said that they are giving 30% hike on the top of my basic salary which is 120000 in tcs. But the BT offer letter shows a basic salary of 112000. What should I do? BT British Telecom

As far as i know, if you didn't opt for pf at start of your services at this firm, you cannot enroll midterm. I have worked in such mid sized firm earlier, where i had no PF.
I have worked at MNC after working in midsized, and had no problem with the pf situation. I had to leave the pf number column blank for previous employer and a new pf account was created for me with an accidental new UAN number as well(which was my mistake, i should have provided old UAN from my 1st mnc where pf was deducted).
I don't think it should hinder your bgc.
Got it! Thanks a lot for sharing the info!
No, even some startup’s don’t have PF system. Make sure to show your bank statements and salary slips if need be. Most bgc vendor contact the company directly to confirm your employment so don’t worry.
Sure! Thanks a lot!
