I used to work in MNCs prior to working in current mid-sized org. Here, I had an opt out of PF contribution last year.
Now, if I again want to apply for any well known MNC, during the background check will they consider my employment valid ? (Since there is no entry on the EPF portal, I do have salary slips and other valid documents) ? Or for long term purpose (aspiring to work for MAANG org) should I restart my EPF contribution ? What can be the possible implications of both cases ?

I’ve got about 8-9 years in enterprise sales /mgt

Should I pay all cash or get a mortgage? My rate will likely be 5.5%, loan amount 420k to 840k (depending on how much I want to put down). With paying all cash, the sales office gives me an $15k incentive/discount. If i don’t get mortgage, I can always do home equity line of credit later (instead of refinance) if interest rate lowers in the future, right? What are the factors I should think about when approaching this? Also, nuanced differences between home equity line of credit vs refinance?
