Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

I don't think I have ever felt so stupid before. My firm recently hired someone who was barred in 2021. I was barred 2019. I took it as I was senior to him and tried to mentor him. Well the joke is on me. Because he worked for the govt for some years before becoming an attorney, they made him a SENIOR associate. He has 0 prior attorney experience. Yet he's a senior. Can someone pls guide me about the relocation parameters within FIS. I work out of India location and applied for IJP for London as my husband is moving there. In parallel my team came back saying they want to retain me and willing to create a position in London but that will involve alot of approvals due to increased cost. Can someone suggest if this is possible or not and which option would be better for me? Also, do FIS provide tier 2 worker visa for such transfers?

I have a offer of 20 lpa fixed and 1 lpa joining bonus from epam, and other company affluent whose client is HDFC Bank, they are ready to offer me 23 lpa. Is it good to join affluent? I have heard that banking sector has too much pressure and work as well. But at the same time learning will also be there.

1. Look for 10 offers from service based company where no assurance for WLB with same hike/offer
2. Look for that 1 offer from good product based organization with same hike/offer where WLB is good.

I am with 3 yoe with 7.4 lpa and some of by friend in MNC/ top company with same yoe but package is 10lpa so if now I switched i can get 13-14lpa but that my friend if switched they will easily get 17-18lpa with same experience and skills . Only base salary matter.
Any have any comments on this or will I also get same package like them in counter ??
