Hello does anyone work for a company that uses Webflow to make websites? And how much do ya’ll make yearly or hourly? I work for a small company and would just like to get some insight on others journeys!

For those with company equity or unit incentive programs, is it common to forfeit vested equity upon voluntary departure? Explained as a “retention tool” but essentially held captive by a payout since the contract says equity doesn’t fully vest at 100% until the company is resold. If I quit at any time before a sale date, I lose all of the equity that has already vested. This was offered to a few employees in leadership but feels like not that great of a deal to me. Is this normal?

I currently work 2 full time jobs & a pt contractor for 2 years and I’m currently on the verge of burnout and confused on growth.

And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?

If a person resigns on April month when yearly reviews are going to happen and bonus are being sent out.
So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

It would be helpful if managers can answer this because they are the people who approves or decline this request.

A person was facing a toxic and tireless work culture. Out of desperation, he switched to a different organisation just offering the same salary.

Now, after joining and signing a 1 year bond he came into his senses and got a mixed feeling that the salary is still same and not matching as per market standards so again he became sad.

Now think he is your good friend, so what would you have advised him?
