Now how to convey this to recruiters and are they ok to take interview for frontend developer, how much experience can be considered and what salary can be expected?

If you can take time off for a couple years or have a great profile for ISB, etc., it is always better to go for full-time MBA. But, if learning is your only goal without any worry about placement or alumni network, any decent online MBA would do. You can also look at overseas MBA programs.
