I have offer for AVP/Project manager from HSBC for 25L Fixed with 10 YoE. How much can I more negotiate with EY to make it worth skipping for HSBC. Designation Manager/level42/consulting.

I was interviewed for Angular. In JD it was mentioned Angular + Node.
I was told it's a second shift project, with MEAN technology stack.
Client is AT&T.

How do you all decide when it’s time to take on a new role at a different agency? I’ve been at my agency for 5 years (2nd since I started my career) and I’m debating a move. It’s not for money or for a higher title. I’ll have both come the next promotion cycle in 2 months but I’m feel disinterested in the work and feel leadership at my current agency doesn’t really care enough about the interests of their staff and I’m getting overlooked for other client opps. that are valuable for my growth.

Help evaluating potential move please. I was at my first firm for 3 years. I got scalped at the start of biglaw hiring craze and it was awful. I honestly made it 6 months and jumped ship. I love my current firm but it’s my 3rd firm in now 3 1/2 years. I did move to explore a different practice area and love it. Ladies, I agreed to get take on a project with a hybrid travel schedule but after kicking it off, my SM is expecting a lot more travel than a few workshops. Full 3 nights, some back to back weeks, and every 3 weeks for sure. He’s also expecting co-location in between… how did we get here overnight? Partners/shareholders - how many hours are you expected to bill on work vs client dev and firm/associate management? My firm keeps saying that "there's no such thing as a relationship partner" and everyone top-to-bottom is expected to log 2000 hours/year on real billable work. Marketing etc is done on top of that.
