I was working with Randstad on a c2H role, after the contract got over they told me to look out and gave me 25 days NP instead of 30 days and now after waiting for 60 days I have not got my fnf. Is there anything (maybe legally )which I could do to pressurize and expedite this?

I’m a business analyst L2 at a fin tech company in Miami. I have about 5.5 years experience. My base is 75K and bonus is about 10%. I suspect I may be underpaid but not sure. Before this job my experience was not directly in business analysis but transferable financial experience. My title is business analysis but I’m doing more consulting and implementation work than a true SDLC business analysis type role. What do you think? Am I underpaid? And if so, by how much?

Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. Hey all! Interviewing and need some insights about accepting a non-tech product marketing job. I currently work in SaaS but was offered a higher paying job in educational publishing. It’s a non-tech product marketing role. I want to take the job but I don’t know if moving out of tech would be a bad move for a product marketer? Would it be harder to pivot back to tech?

I received call for background verification and the person it verifying at old address.

Do I need to worry that address on adhaar card is old and incorrect ?

With lot of suvichar i joined X company. Now my dream company (Y) coming up with the update that they are yet to release their offer letter. Ab idhar in X company i have signed the joining bonus letter too. Now the Y company wishes to buyout me with a better offer. X company has sent asset too
