From my side I think the interview went well.
I gave all the answers, but the interview got finished with 17 minutes.

The guy told me what their stack is, and how many openings are there.
And he wrapped up the call.
He didn't mention anything, like hr will be connecting with you, or if there will be any more rounds.

It happened yesterday, what should I do. Should I follow up with the HR?

Hey sharks, I have close to 5.5 years of experience with big4s and currently at 20 lpa fixed plus variable. I am being offered manager by KP at 27 lpa fixed plus variable and 6 lakh joining bonus. But I am not keen on continuing with big4s and move out to some fintect or corporate. Market situation is also not great. Is it a reasonable decision to not accept KP offer and keep looking looking at the market scenario or should I accept the offer.
