I wish to change my pad from Deloitte to some other big 4 due to extreme work pressure. Can someone suggest and guide me if that is a good step to take in terms of work life balance, pay and growth. I am a part of statutory audit (senior 3+) in Deloitte with 25lpa having 4 yoe.
I really wanted to go abroad be it dubai or elsewhere where i can get better opportunities in terms of pay and growth.

Like I have heard in delloite, EY in the first year a standard of 3 rating is given.

I did not join Deloitte a few months back after getting an offer.

Will they blacklist me in their system for any other opportunities in future? (i.e. - is it possible in their system?)

Did not join because HR was so unresponsive during the discussion phase that I completely lost interest and joined elsewhere instead. Though I did email them 2 weeks in advance that due to so much of non-response, I am not interested anymore.

Variable Pay in wipro is 10% of CTC whereas in CTS it's only 70k.
