One man Team heading the construction and facility management pan India working with various global and local teams and stakeholders and also managing projects for a couple of neighbouring countries as well.

YOE : 10+
Grade : H
CTC : 23lpa

I believe I am underpaid for market standards. I may be wrong.

Can anyone guide me about the correct salary range and/Or correct me here?

I've been working here for about two years now, and I have to say, I love my job. The company culture is great and the people are wonderful to work with. But recently, I've noticed that my manager has been asking me to do more and more work on my own without giving me any additional compensation for my time. He just keeps telling me that if I want to get ahead, then this is what I need to do.

I'm not sure what to do here—do you have any advice?

What are most company standards for vacation time and PTO for small companies? We do 10 days after 1 yr, 15 days after 2yrs 15days after 5yrs and 20 days after 10yrs. PTO is accrued monthly after your first 90 days. 40-45 hrs. average is full time, 30-35 hrs. average is part-time. Does this sound reasonable?

I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

Is it the right decision to look for alternate opportunities in other organisations in 4 months. I am currently working in LTI, joined this May'21 as an Angular developer. But I have been put into a project which uses just css and there is very little scope of learning. Currently earning 12.6LPA with 6.3yrs of experience.
Will I get another job with my expected CTC?
