We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).

Keeping it to myself?

Over the last 12 months my role changed significantlu so in Jan I approached the CEO about a raise and promotion more in line with my work and he said yes - but not until until the end of Q1 when budgets are finalized. Hi Guys - my CCTC is ~19.5 LPA. Got the offer from HCL with 21 LPA CTC. I have requested them to update the offer as it is ~8% on top of CCTC. What are the chances they will revise the offer?
Also, I have not resigned in the current organization becz of this low hike. Will they change the joining date as well in case of any offer revision?
