Getting another offer from Servicenow and they are offering 32.1 LPA (19.5 Fixed + 1.95 variable pay + 50K$ Rsus (vested 4 years) )

Is it worth accepting or should keep trying for a better role and company?

I gave my interview at kpmg today and selected in last round (3rd)i.e. Director round but jr called me and tole there will be one more manager round and told me it'll be general discussion round but it turns out to be opposite he grilled me on some questions which are out of topic and not related to my position applied.. Will my selection/rejection matters on basis of 4th round as i already cleared 3rd round director round?
