I on notice period have offer from Capgemini fixed CTC of 8.5 & tcs ctc is 7.44(band dependent).My manager is saying he'll move me to development project but not making sure that I'll not get C band he's saying it totally depends on my performance & contribution to project but I haven't got any chance to work.Plz help me.

Got an offer from Accenture & CTS. Both agreed to offer a CTC of 20 LPA, although Accenture is offering more joining bonus than CTS. I am not sure what my current employer (TCS) is thinking right now.
