I'm working in LTI from remote location since I join the company in April 21, I wish to work from remote(my native place) as long as possible.
Any idea, whether they will force me to join in hybrid (come to base location) in near future ? Or what's future of remote working in LTI. I'm working CITI project with base location as Pune.

Got an offer for Electronic Arts (EA) Manager for Canada remote for 100k base CAD, 15 percent bonus and 40ks RSU (assuming it's USD). How much higher can the base be in Canada for EA for a Manager role? Base seems low even at 110 CAD.

I had my first technical round with Mindtree yesterday. They called today congratulating me for clearing 1st round, also informed that my panel had suggested to conduct one more round of technical interview with Sr. panel this time to reevaluate my technical skills it seems. The recruiter also mentioned that usually they don't conduct such re-evaluation rounds.

I have almost answered 90% of the interview questions correctly. Any idea why this additional round is happening for me?😐

HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round...
