In current project, the work pressure was high and I feel like I don't have freedom to work on my way. Calls was scheduled for almoct 6 hrs and need to extend my working hours to complete the changes. I had joined in this project two months back. Can I ask release from the project. If yes what was the procedure?

If I get release, the with in how many days we need to join in next project. Is there any conditions on asking the release from project?
