Is hike percentage depends on project review in first year of joining or is it default? I joined on Apr 2022 and got locked with a project in May and got released recently due to some performance issues as per project. Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.
