Is it a good move to join the organisation which I left a year back. Apart from management in project rest everything is good back then. As a company and the client was also good. Currently I am in CTS and I regret everyday since there is no learning almost negligible work in projects and no one cares about existence including manager.

I am not sure how to sail or accept work that i am doing. Had word with Senior Manager who said that they are judging on different tasks but certainly i am not having positive vibes about work.

Feel like putting down papers but again notice period is of two months during probation.

Shall i stay back for some more time or start looking for better option?

I joined Cognizant August 2021, after that 6 months of training and then I got 2 projects 3 months each but didn't get any tasks there. Now I am again in a project for almost 2 months but no task. Pm not responding and Hm says he can't do anything. I am using my time in learning but not getting work experience. What should I do now 🙂

I resigned a while back but I am stuck in a support project.The mgmt won't release me even though I have made clear that am unhappy and uninterested,asking me to join meetings and standups.

I have given an interview in Capgemini and the interview went well. The interviewer said HR would call me for the further process but I didn't receive any call. It has been 15 days since the Interview is completed, can I ignore this and move on. I am already holding other offers but since the Interview went well so expecting a call from a recruiter. If the interview did not go well I would have ignored and didn't expected call back
