Is it a general process of capg? Cause I've heard that there isn't any prohibition period on lateral entry. Please suggest.

I’ve been approached my by company (software) that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I got an offer from Deloitte India for consultant role.
I am having 2 YOE in SAP MDG. They are offering me 10.35 lpa CTC [9 LPA FIXED].
Is it fine or should I negotiate more?
Also I have offer from Accenture with 8 lpa fixed + 21% variable and 60k joining bonus.
Which is better to join Deloitte india or Accenture?

For a Workday Data Conversion Lead Role, I have 6 YOE in Workday, 16 YOE in ERP Implementations. Is this fine or over/under? Currently 180k, 20% Bonus, $5k annual bonus. Workday Dat Conversion Manager/Architect. Work/life is out of balance at current employer. I appreciate feedback.

Received an offer but it's slightly a paycut (not much) ..company knows but they don't have much more wiggle room (job in industry).
