I will suggest don't join tcs for 50% hike mainly for very bad year end appraisal hike at tcs. Also exposure will be less. I will suggest take the offer, put resignation and try in other companies.
No, tcs won't blacklist for not joining.

as they are giving you promotion you will be getting at-least 20% hike. I don’t think they will negotiate more than this. In 6 months you will be getting mid year hike as well, I don’t think joining TCS will be a better option.
Thats true we are assured a bit bit more hike and good bonus … and the work here has lot of visibility so lets c how it goes as the tcs opportunity is in my hometown thats also one more point to take in to account … thanks for your proactive responses 🤜🏻🤛🏻
If you go for a product company you don't need visibility either. You will be reporting to a single manager and you can take care of the process
You are losing 50% hike for 20% hike, you will reach this 50% only after a very long period. Look for other companies as well, or join TCS and switch later on

With what you told you can try to negotiate the salry and unless your salary is in top band there is no issue . But the other issue is I heard they only negotiate when other are from other big 4. Of you getting good WLB and good managers stay here for 2 - 3 years you will get the results
Yes why not stay in TCS and switch later on
I would say, also consider the upcoming hike in October. That will reduce your percentage hike.
50-60% on the October salary should be your minimum hike target
