Is there a thing like mid career crisis?
Seems like i am in one.
I am in a comfort zone with 12 years exp and with the same organisation from the last 6 years.
I dont find zeal to learn new skills and take up challenging projects.
I am getting paid well (45 lpa).
As a tech consultant i am doing bare minimum work to show at least something on my year end form.
As a supervisor i am not taking many calls with my subordinates.

Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range.
