I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. All of my performance reviews have been positive and I have been the lead/only BI developer on two of our largest and most public projects this year. Any thoughts on what I could ask for at end of year reviews for a salary increase?

4 YOE in program management, process improvement, ERM (all in public sector consulting). Currently at 85. Would it be possible to go fed and keep my salary?

I am done with all my rounds at S&P Global and shared my documents to HR. No one has asked about my expected salary yet. Is this usual in their process. How much can I ask for an experience of 9 years. How many days does it take to release the offer and what is the slary structure.

So I am making about $130k doing change management but was presented an offer to do DEI work at a nonprofit for $95k plus bonus. It’s a hit salary wise but I’d be doing the work I actually want to pivot into…to make a move or no?

Is MGMA datadive access worth the cost for salary negotiation info?

It is normal for tech companies (Uber, Cisco etc. ) to ask for detailed analysis and presentations during initial rounds? Looks like the teams are either made up of former consultants who aren’t allowed to conduct case interviews or the teams just don’t trust the candidates enough to figure out things via conversations. Or am I missing something? I dropped out of interviews from a couple of companies because the number of rounds/materials they were asking was insane.

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? If a Senior Manager / Director from a Big 4 wants to jump to MBB or T2 (think OW, Kearney, LEK), what level could they aspire for? Consultant is too many levels down, is Engagement Manager / Project Leader etc possible and if so, recommended? Or is the advice not to jump and stick till Partnership at Big 4? (I am in the midst of an advanced round interview at a MBB and at a T2, but the levels have not been discussed very weirdly in both the cases)

Should I give salary expectations based on cost of living in the city where the office is located or based on where I’d live working remotely? Got call from HR informing that my Technical round is clear in Wipro. Asked my Expected CTC and choice of location. I said 19 LPA ( I already have an offer of 17 LPA with 5 years of experience in Java backend).
Then she disconnected saying she will call me later. I didn't get it. No discussion, no negotiation, just 2 minute call.

Nothing technical was asked in interview also.
Interview was related to ITIL and ITSM tools.

I got an offer from Capgemini (Aricent) of 35LPA(32Fixed +3variable) for senior professional 1.
Before interview I had asked for 40 LPA.
But After Hr discussion post interview , I cake down to 35LPA fixed.
Still they offered me 32 fixed +3 variable.
Will they reconsider the offer by any chance, if I talk to to them. If not, then should I join cap gemini?
