Its been 2 months I have joined NTT DATA. But I am not interested in the project and the type of work here.
I am thinking to find a better opportunity in another company. Can I put my resignation after 3-4 months of joining? What could be the negetive impacts here?

Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? How do firms handle export control rules compliance for inbound disclosures for new filings?
Do you make the determination of export control classification number (ECCN) yourself based on each inbound disclosure? Do you ask the client to provide the ECCN, if they know it? Do you play ostrich? Or something else?

Does anyone use Universal Local Campaigns? A client wants supplemental support for specific locations. I’ve never run a ULC campaign targeting a single location - any idea if this would compete with our existing campaigns targeting the same locations (we run campaigns targeting location groups by region)? Can a ULC targeting a single location see scale without sacrificing too much cost/store visit efficiency? Google Help articles are, unsurprisingly, no help.

Thoughts on stipulating to negligence from a plaintiff’s perspective? At first I thought it was a good idea because it obviously saves time and money and saves you from the possibility of your client receiving nothing. I practice in a contributory negligence state and my client wasn’t rear-ended she was side swiped while at a complete stop. Negligence is still fairly clear but I can envision a reality where a jury disagrees....

I was contacted out of the blue by a headhunter last week promising to do their best to place me in an AMLAW200 firm as a lateral. (4 years practicing, all litigation; looking to move to transactional).
I’ve never dealt with a headhunter before, and I’m taking everything they say with a grain of salt, so insight as to their effectiveness, reliability, and overall successful placements in or equivalent to the type of firms they have connections with is greatly appreciated.
