It is only now in my early thirty's and after a couple of really tough years at work, do I recognize the benefit and need for a mentor. I do not think I have ever had one really, only 'okay' male bosses. As the only woman in my company (for 5+ years now) I'm not even sure how I can find a 'mentor' outside of my company or if that is even a thing? I see that my more 'successful' friends have had female bosses they rave about or appointed mentors at each level of their career. Any advice?
My DOJ is 12 sep in a big 4 for 12LPA but today I have received a "verbal offer" from APEX group for 14.5 LPA they are telling to reject big 4 offer and wait for Apex they will need 2 weeks to roll out official offer letter Can I trust them and reject big 4 and wait for them ? Or is it possible to leave big 4 after 2 weeks of joining if i get any offer from Apex ? Suggestions please 🥺Apex Group Ltd. PwC EY Deloitte USI

Hi, yes. Got a mail saying joining date is on Feb 15 and it's showing the same in the portal
It depends on your past experiences. It might take few more days. Meanwhile, you might be receiving emails from background verification team. Keep replying quickly and provide all the required documents. This might accelerate the process.
In that case, only HR can provide you an update.
In tcs Background check will be done after joining. Someone will visit your residence for the same.

Check with HR whether ur bgv is completed.. is there anything pending. Ask him to get an update as its still showing like this in the portal.. they might help
This will be common, you can directly email hr about "When can I expect an offer letter".
Hope you have received the offer letter. If you have the offer letter , you need not to worry.
Status updates are not that proper in this portal. I have received a call from TCS recruitment about my joining date. By that time I had completed one month in TCS.
On 7th Febi got BGC scheduled and received call as well, i uploaded address verification on 9th Feb. So how long does it take to next stage of joining letter. My LWD in current org is 10th Apr

Don't depend on TCS, recruiters are dumb and are not reliable.
Many of my friends haven't received offer letter despite of clearing all the rounds and submitting documents
Their bgv failed for no reason, and were told we can't hire you after 4 months.
