They don’t have an ETA yet. Its actually worrying now. Any help on this? Anyway I have 60 days left for NP

Looking for some guidance or similar experience. I have 3 years of experience in the health care industry (1 year clinical, 2 years admin). I have my MBA with an emphasis in health care admin. I’m struggling to grow my career or find a higher level position. I have applied to various positions within my area and just can’t seem to get an offer. Should I consider changing industries or what can I do to stand out? More certifications? Additional schooling?

Just left DoD civ life and started my new position this week. Let me tell you, breath of fresh air (figuratively and literally, spent 12 years working in a windowless vault). Leaving govt civilian was definitely the right choice. Already feel like my quality of life has improved. Was scared to make the jump at first but I fortunately landed with a great team. Upwards and onwards!

Currently in a full time role at an RPO but have a potential offer in house on a 6-9 month contract with strong possibility of conversion at Hubspot. Pay is $15k higher than I make now. Would it be a bad decision to take the contract / contract to hire? I don’t doubt my ability to get converted, but the entire market is seeing huge layoffs so it makes me a little nervous. Thoughts?

Hiii! Just had my final interview and only got to ask one question because it was times up. Was hoping to use that time to show my excitement for the role and company. We used up the time discussing my role and him connecting it to role im applying for. At the end I only got to ask about company culture and quick goodbye.
