The pay for the position I'm interviewing for is considerably on the higher side, which is great. Or should I be worried I will be asked to wear too many hats, work excessive hours ect..?

Anyone study for CFA while working full time in deals, FDD specifically? Thinking about starting it now as a senior (starting next month in Advisory after transferring out of audit). Got an offer from AWS amazon for non tech program manager L5. Total 37 LPA.. does that look good for a 12 year experience person . How common is it to get a decent-sized merit scholarship from M7? I’m coming from MBB but not sure I want to commit myself to returning after I get my MBA and also don’t want to have to take out a bunch of loans.

So I just joined a new company and 3 weeks in, I just have a feeling that I really don’t want to continue. People are amazing but I just feel like it’s not the company for me. If I’m applying to other companies, should I list this company on my resume considering it’s been like only 3 weeks? 2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.
