hi bro, i dont know why nagarro has this bad culture, projects are stressful, teams are rude, expectations are weird .No training provided, No technical help. Management should work on this. never faced this issue with hcl, tcs, tech mahindra, wipro, deloitte, genpact, accenture.
Also you are not alone many people have faced this issue.

Stay @project otherwise bench is too stressful..trust me u r in better position..if u r not okay with work ethics switch..bench is not an option

Bro bench mein aakr aur stress ho jaayega , as there is pool of people on bench , fir Inka project allocation sucks , ,Aaj kl to PIP mein bhi daal rahe hain , baaki mental pressure jyada hai to HR se keh do clear , release ho jaayega ,but dhyan rkhna fir manager review form mein ulta likhega , to thoda increment mein farak pd skta hai.. Gone through same situation .

Is the client Indian or foreign? If foreign then what is the shift? If not normal are you getting shift allowance?

Two ways
1) underperform, but this will take time.
2) be rebel. Tell clearly to your manager and hr that if I'm not released my inputs won't be that much good and I'll have to think about some other option but working in this project is just not possible.
I have choosen second way because I don't have ability of underperform and make excuses of the same in scrum calls. That requires talent too, nd i don't have that. Being rebel worked for me perfectly.
Now journey after getting release is i got project proposal very next day, but in this project i have no work at all still I'm billable resource so no one is questioning me.

Don't take any thing on mental health. Talk to HR. Been to many companies but the employee care, HR, people enablement team is awesome in nagarro. Talk to hr.
I know one HR who is very rude. I had a bad experience when I withwrew my resignation. Even senior developers aren't that rude

Bro I don't how this will help, but I told my HR regarding poor work life balance and she asked to raise PCR.
Then within a month I saw less stress , manager got some more resources, now situation is fine and I took back my PCR
