Decided to join Bosch. But I somehow missed to ask joining bonus. I have already received Offer letter.

I have got an offer from TCS of 35% hike, and currently trying for more offers. Infosys is currently offering me 40% hike ( they are also saying they can try for onsite) . What should I do, should I accept the infosys offer, or look for more offers outside?

Got an offer from deloitte as senior consultant 2, 18.5 fixed, current ctc is 13.5 as senior consultant at EY, how much should be the standard

I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I don't feel like switching as my team here is good and secondly I don't wanna be a job hopper switching in just 6 months. Any advice?
