I joined PWC as a technology consultant to work as a tester, automation coding related work but i haven't got any training on that and plus now I'm working for an internal project for them. In that they have their own tool which will not be in use for other companies. It's going to be one year. I have no idea what to do as i joined this company to have experience in automation coding etc but nothing like that happened. Please suggest me should I switch or wait for them to change my project??

Last week, I had an interview with JPMC. The interview was scheduled based on a post that the director shared and I DM him with my resume, no HR involved. Interview was very smooth and easy. I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.

My notice period in Cognizant is 90days and joining date for new company is 1 month prior to my notice period.
