I cleared TR at Citiustech for AI Engineer position, but they are mentioning it as Senior Software Engineer role.

How much can I ask for, in the HR discussion.
My current CTC is 9lpa.
Also, do they offer good training in AI ML and how is the client base for this role?
And how is the appraisal process and what is the usual hike % ?

What position should I expect with 14 years exp and niche skillset? Is it negotiable to divide CTC among Quarterly/Monthly and Retention incentive?

Burnt out at agency and tired of politics. Can going freelance or on contract get you paid well or better? Don’t care about benefits much. But would love to make enough to take a couple weeks off for vacation without pay.

I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. My YoE is 2.9 years. Is it really worth taking such an offer ? Any suggestions are appreciated

I've been working as a building engineer for this company for 3 years. Within these 3 years I have gotten a HBA C education been paid for by the company.They've had me at a very low number for the whole time that I've been working for them, And without a certification in HVAC I completely understood. What does life look like for someone to hit 2300+ billable hours?

I’m a first year attorney at a small plaintiff’s firm. My firm has guaranteed me a $10k bonus at the end of 1 year without regard for my billable hours. They’ve also stated if I hit 2300 billable hours in my first year, they’ll add an additional $15k.

If my math checks out, that means I need to be billing ~45 hrs per week. But with only like 60% of my assignments being billable—how do I hit 2300+ and not die?

I left Education and started on my software company's small Automation team October 2019. Our immediate supervisor/head of QA left Thanksgiving. Now my only other team member put in his notice. My company doesn't have QA pay levels and my title is inaccurate (JR QA Analyst). I am told to research what I feel my salary should be and dicuss with new head of QA after they start in a couple weeks. Guys my opinion about EY Split:
This is going to be a big change and hopefully it won’t affect any employee negatively (my gut feel is it will be a positive thing to employees)
But I feel we should embrace the change and be ready for any adverse effects. Upskill yourself and be ready to switch if something bad happens.
