Just in a trouble, got an offer at KPMG, the Interview went all well, and the HR has asked for documents, no salary discussions were done, yet when should I expect offer letter from HR?

Moreover the firm wants me to be on their side, in less than a week, will they provide the letter in this week or does it takes time?

So, I have been offered a job at mid-tier firm, but have interviews at top- tier ones coming up. Is it frowned upon or risky to accept the offer with the possibility of accepting a better offer if it is received? The firm has given me a hard deadline in which to reply to the offer.

After I applied I found a weird formatting error on my resume (panic mode). So I withdrew my application, which doesn’t allow you to reapply. I then reclicked the same referral link in my email, and when Workday came in I reapplied with a new email. Do you think the referral is still applicable ?
