Moreover do Managers also sit of bench to get new projects or they get projects easily once their previous project completes.

Anyone have any suggestions for getting a client to cooperate with discovery. We were retained by a insurance company for their insured and he has not returned emails or phone calls in about 4 weeks. Plaintiff’s counsel wants a settlement offer, and discovery responses or they’re gonna file a motion to compel. The company has been made aware of the insured’s noncooperation but they have tell us they’re pulling coverage for us to withdraw.

My current project winds up on 31st December 2022. If I resign by mid/end of this month(expecting a few offers), would CG persist with the 90 day notice period with me serving majority off those on the bench or would they consider releasing early once the client stops paying? #Capgemini #NoticePeriod

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. I had resigned from TCS during Mayl21...had got offer from KPMG...
But luckily I cleared Jan DCA and I got almost the same offer...they promised me that they'll change my project to BigData which they have...so I withdrew my resignation...

Now just yday I received an offer from LTI...
It's a good offer...

But, I am afraid whether I am eligible to resign within this 8 month interval?
