Can someone tell me how to negotiate for the offer. This will be my first switch. I have three offers out of which 2 are from Internal Audit of Investment Bank and 1 from Risk Assurance service line of Mid-tier consulting firm?

Currently, the Internal Audit of an investment bank is paying around a 60-65% hike. Now how should I ask the consulting firm to pay me equivalent or more? Do I need to share the offer letter as proof?
