What’s the highest pay can be offered at BNY Mellon for J grade (AVP) in BA profile ? I have been told they don’t have budget when I asked for 30 fix. My cctc is 22fix.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Note - Mercer hr is saying first say no to exl in a mail then i will release offer letter.

EXL called me for the Data engineer interview. I asked them the budget for the role. HR said, we can negotiate till 28 for 3.7 YOE🤣. Is it legit?
