Hi fishes! Looking for advice : how do I have a conversation with my manager about the fact that my salary is way below market value for my role? I like my place of work , team, etc but pay is not in line with market . Nervous to bring this up with my manager because recently my performance at work hasn’t been the best- I’m usually a consistently good employee but the past two weeks have been slammed with tasks which have impacted deadlines .

Job offer dilemma:
I am currently at a crossroads. I got two job offers: Digital Marketing Specialist at a global agency ($58k) and a Print Marketing Specialist at a grocery chain ($70k). I have always been more connected to my creative side and it has always been my goal to work at an agency; however the grocery chain offer pays way more (I live in DC) but it’s more of a data-driven position. I just accepted an IR associate role with a PE firm that is an amazing opportunity. More than doubles my pay (210 TC) and still doesn’t feel real. I’m usually a very confident person but I was somewhat pessimistic in the process because I didn’t expect to get the role or that I’d see that income at 24. I’ve been seeing all of the Instagram and Linked In posts from agencies in town showing their “commitment to transparency in hiring” and to hire more minorities in light of the BLM movement. I knew the numbers were bad, but holy shit, not THAT bad.
It’s infuriating to me, as a POC how many fucking times I applied, emailed and reached out to so many of these agencies without getting even the time of day.
I’ll believe their supposed commitments, when I actually see the results.

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade

Any chance for negotiations? Any tips or guidance are appreciated. please help
