I feel that I'm in a mental rut lately. Everyone in my life is celebrating promotions, raises, a great steady relationship, etc. with minimal effort, and I'm starting to realize that every part of my life has been much more struggle to reach the same stage as everyone else. I used to see the good in everything and comfort myself that the struggle/timing are all for good reason, so I hate the bitter version me now. Has anyone else been through this stage and have tips to overcome this feeling?
