TCS Offer in hand: 8.4 LPA

HR said if you have offer of 10 LPA then only i can give upto 11-13 LPA...

Well this is gonna be long post.
Working at hybrid model of IT company and PSU company. My employer IT company lost bid and now the contract is of another company. We have been asked that contract over as on 31.7.2022 and we are supposed to go and sit at company office. It's a loss of pay for 100 people on project. Our company said we can't join new bidder company because we signed agreement on offer letter that we won't be joining client for atleast a year. It's inconvenient and crazy for us.

As a IT analyst in TCS, will be completing 8yrs in march.. My manager is not initiating my AST even though i am eligible.. Is there any way i can push for it? What is the eligible criteria? When is the AST promotion cycle? Also can i negotiate for salary hike in this promotion? My current CTC is too low approx 5.8LPA.

Hi guys, I’ve recently joined TCS a couple of weeks back. I have 2 years of work experience in previous company (SAP consultant), but I couldn’t learn anything as my project team just used me for some data entry of project & I lost my skills. The TCS interview also didn’t ask any difficulty questions in interview and they hired me. Now they have directly allocated me for a project and my TL is giving me work based on my experience, but I’m not able to fix the issues on time🙆🏻‍♂️. Any suggestions?
