Looking out for a new role as a Data Scientist. Anyone can review my resume?

I have a recurring thought that really brings me down and I can’t seem to get past it.
Some days I feel I am pretty good at what I do (not a leadership role) but then I see leaders in my own organization that are great at what they do and I don’t believe that I could ever get to their level of competence. Then I think of all the people my age who are appear to be doing those things and wonder we what’s wrong with me.
Have any of you felt this and how have you gotten past it?

After HR interview, I agreed on 10L fixed pay for a Sr Analyst role. But they increased upto 11.8 in offerletter. With variable pay, it amounts to 136% hike. Does this happen usually??? YOE: 3.9

Some backstory: During my hiring process I was told by my now boss and VP they were also going to hire a senior engineer to help me along. They never hired such senior engineer because I have over performed and do more than they thought I could (have been told this in 2 performance reviews).
