I’m my view introvert and extrovert concept is way different from talking with confidence when needed. Most successful people in the world are all introverts but they are very much equipped with their professional communication. I suppose you start practicing to talk to people professionally rather than going on through text always. Confidence comes out automatically when you do things gradually which are uncomfortable and you will be used to do it easily. All the best
Thank you!..
Be confident.... It doesn't matter whether you are introvert or not. I myself am a very big introvert and find it really difficult to nake friends or feel shy while entering a room full of people. But when it comes to interview, I stay confident (with a big smile and straight shoulders).
Well...My speech slurs during interviews 😅
They say keep practicing, attend mock interviews blah blah but that's all bullshit
Just act like an extroverted person during interviews, you know you're an introvert but the interviewer doesn't know that !
Introverts dont need to act like an extrovert, bcz bht struggle krna pdega uske liy..
This guy have lack of confidence, and tht doesn't relates with introvert or extrovert
Bro, I was also introvert before attending interviews even after having 6YOE but I resigned without any offers and that notice period hungriness pushed me to attend interviews and got almost 12 offer letters.
First start attending interviews and learn from the mistakes and be confident while explaining.
Good luck.
It feels like introvert is a kind of disease. Hahahhah

Hi, I would suggest that you start practicing for the interviews, there are many websites that can help you (e.g., taking mock interviews), or you can start recording your answers and then listen to them, that way you will be able to judge your voice tones and you will be able to figure out where you are getting stuck.
One more suggestion- Do not skip your interviews, the more you show up for an interview, the more confident and used to you will get.
Don't lose hope. You can do a lot better than this.
Way to go! And all the best.
Thanks for taking time and replying me.This is definitely motivating!
I am a Physically Challenged, I work as a Sales Manager. I usually feel competitive when I give interviews as 99% other candidates would be with normal physique. I slowly built my attitude to face those kind of situations and here I travelled successfully 14 years of my career. Being introvert is nothing compared to mine. So just make yourself confident and spice up your career. And you're getting tons of calls and invitation, just go on pull up your sleeves man.
This sounds more related to performance anxiety, which is not fun and I can totally relate. What helps me, is exposure and practice. Dont give into the 'flight' mentality. Fight! Everytime you get nervous, or scared, or doubt yourself, take a couple deep breaths, tell yourself everything is OK, and step forward! Baby steps is key. Slowly and consistently continue to put yourself out there. You will surprise yourself. In this scenario, you're clearly desirable! You have100 interview invitations! Which is great, because not all your eggs are in one basket. You have interview to practice with, so consider them risk free. Even if you tank one, you have 99 more, and youll most likely never see that person again so you dont have to live with any type of embarrassment with them or anything. Stay strong, you got this, best of luck!
Slap yourself before the interview. Drink only juice before the interview. Smoke one cigarette before the interview. Then go for interview
Hey!
Relax! It's okay to feel this way. I am an Introvert (INFJ) and I feel you.
I don't think you lack confidence. It's just that our society, as well as the education system, see introverts in a negative light as someone being shy, underconfident etc., and with time these biases get ingrained in our minds as well because introverts have a high affinity to absorb everything around them. This is how we keep putting ourselves down as we start to hate being the way we are. I struggled with the same issues as you have mentioned here and I believe the real issue was that I was not comfortable being an introvert and I stopped being myself for a long time. That created a lot of anxiety within me, paralysing me every time I thought of moving ahead.
I had my redemption when I embraced my introversion and accepted that this is who I am and I do not need to be someone else. Introversion is what keeps the world sane and survivable. I suggest you read the book 'Quiet' by Susan Cain. You'll find it relatable and it will provide some hacks as well to better your introverted communication with the outside world.
Take care!
Hey , take the interviews, you will , like every body else fail in some of them , once you get enough confidence your focus will spill over to showcase your skills.
There's no teacher better than experience.
Take the plunge :-)
Do something psychological.
1- When you feel nervous anywhere, interview or stage... just think that you're very skilled and knowledgable person whose intelligence is so high...person sitting in front is kinda dumb or nowhere near to your skills.
So you're teaching them, telling them and it is there first time to learn these things from you.
Believe me...this is best tactic to overcome nervousness and presentation anxiety.
2- Apart from that, choose random topics, try to speak in front of mirror alone. If you can face yourself, you can face world.
Just travel with public transport with lowest class available. U will overcome all issues.

Hahahahhaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I am also introvert but that my nature and that comes im picture during informal communication
During formal communication I cam talk with anyone. In office as well we just ping ramdom people to get our work done or for getting some info reg our work.We dont ping for chit chat.So this doesnt seem barrier to me for performing in interviews.Be confident and express yourself. You will surely land at good place.Practice and give multiple interviews w/o the fear of rejection.
I would like to suggest you that without having a second thought just say yes for interview ...just attend call and say yes i am ready for this interview. Don't let your mind think that I am not prepared or what will happen if i don't know the answer.
Interview is as normal thing as we talk.
I thought I was the only one, thanks for sharing. But I overcame this by continuously attending interviews that made me confident.
Take this time as an opportunity as now mostly the interviews are through video, where only your face will be visible to them Just look at one point on the screen and answer.
Whereas in norms you have to sit in front of them while Wil give more nervousness 😓
As someone who is highly introverted and anxious, from my own experience, fake it till you make it works wonders when it comes to confidence. Prepare your best, and just before the interview, be like f*ck it.
What's the worse that can happen? You're either gonna get rejected and it's highly unlikely that you'll see your interviewer any time soon, or you're gonna get selected and that'd be amazing.
I realised if I've already decided in my head that the interview will be ruined, it's likely that it'll. So reassure yourself that you're gonna do your best. And then whatever happens, happens.
Appear for interviews not to get a job but to engage with someone you don't know. You'll have no performance pressure if you do not not want that job. Use this strategy to build ur confidence.
Hey I used to think I am an introvert and faced the same issues. I would think of ditching those interviews each time and I would do extremely bad in the ones I used to attend but I am glad I did not ditch and gave the interviews, no matter how bad. Because that’s what gave me the confidence that I have now. Now I give interviews without feeling nervous. I would suggest you to give the interviews because that is going to boost up your confidence. It will not happen suddenly and will take time but if you don’t start you’ll never know your potential.
Take mock interview buddy, also please dont feel low. Watch motivational videos, public speaking etc, it might help.
Also may I know your YOE?
